Job Title – Supply Chain Compliance Analyst Jobs in Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of compliance – company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, etc.
  • Plan audit on a periodic basis by scheduling and conducting interviews for the executives and the general staff to determine compliance level.
  • Conducting supply chain function audits which includes Procurement, Inventory and Logistics to identify potential compliance issues and advise recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Investigate reports with compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
  • Communicate non-compliance with respective departments and ensure corrective actions are complied with.
  • Ensure tracking tools are maintained and that these are sufficient to act as an audit trail for the purposes of internal or other audits/investigations.
  • Advise and create process and system improvements based on investigations and observations.
  • Monitor standards that ensure that all records and documents are maintained according to supply chain best practices and PIH policies.
  • Resolve compliance issues with stakeholders within recommended time frames.
  • Monitor performance by updating performance scorecard issuance monthly.
  • Plan and coordinate annual training for global staff on supply chain fraud and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in procurement regulations and laws that may affect the organization.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics related course or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics related course or Business Administration
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in supply chain audit, fraud examination and compliance.
  • Knowledge and understanding in risk and compliance management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the supply chain value process.
  • Knowledge and understanding on planning, material master data, material consumption, inventory management, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems in private and public sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding vendor sourcing and management.
  • Knowledge of logistics and warehousing management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems which includes planning, procurement, procure-to-pay process, warehousing and logistics suites.
  • Demonstrated skills in MS Office Suites, presentation, communication (verbal and written) and analysis

 

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of total experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years in the industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in the GCC.
