Farneck Technician (Kitchen equipment)

Job Title – Technician (Kitchen equipment) Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Performs service and mechanical repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment and appliances; performs all repairs, and maintenance, replacement of parts for a preventive maintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data.
Maintains, services,s and repairs refrigeration units, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers.
Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.

Receive and complete work orders.
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
Detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.Observes safety rules, and ensures and maintains a safe and clean environment. Install new kitchen and refrigeration equipment and systems when required.

Educational requirements:

Relevant Diploma Qualifications

Experience requirements:

Experience in UAE maintenance of kitchen or refrigeration equipment
Ability to work in a team
Management experience in a similar role for five or more people

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Commercial Kitchen equipment repairs, maintenance and installation
Knowledge in the operation of electrical control systems.

Qualifications:

Ability to read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics & written reference material.
Ability to diagnose & resolve problems.

Ability to use hand and power tools.
