Job Title – Instrumentation Technician Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

As an Instrumentation (Measure & Control) Technician you are responsible for the safe and environmentally conscious maintenance and repair of measuring and control equipment and logic systems at the refinery and the chemical factories. You are able to repair various types of equipment to a high quality and high standard, whereby your own responsibility, involvement and initiative are characteristic of you.
You carry out maintenance and repair work independently and/or in a group in our workshops and/or factories and you have contact with colleagues, operators and contractors.
You handle the work administratively through repair reports and measurement protocols in electronic systems.

You can be deployed as a job leader during a maintenance stop. This means that you have to do various maintenance jobs both independently and in a team. You also ensure the (partial) preparation, safe execution, supervision and administrative completion of the job.

Educational requirements:

A completed MBO level 4 education in the direction of Measurement and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering or HBO

Knowledge of maintaining measurement and control systems and safety systems
Knowledge of maintenance planning tools such as SAP, Primavera and Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of the English language

Able to work independently and in a team
Decisive and solution-oriented, knows how to set the right priorities and takes initiative

Experience requirements:

Relevant work experience in a petrochemical environment is a plus
