Experience requirements:

• 4 + years as  Rotary Technician. in Maintenance (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Refinery Plant experience preferred)
• Experience in Oil and Gas/refinery/petrochemical/fertilizer plants maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of P&ID, ILD, and Control Loops.
• Hands-on experience in Instrument workshop testing and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes:
  • Heavy Oil Complex (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP).
  • Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/DHT/HPU/PSA).
  • Sulfur/Utilities Complex (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP).
  • Offsite/Logistics Complex (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, Product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings).
• Experience in equipment maintenance, Rotating equipment
• Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in predictive maintenance & international code & standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.)
• Knowledge of :
  • Predictive  and preventive maintenance technology (vibration, oil, infrared/ thermography analysis)
  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Expertise in SAP- PM
  • Online vibration monitoring system ( Bentley Nevada System-1)
  • Off-line vibration monitoring system (SKF @ptitude & Emerson CSI 2140 / 2130)
• Applicable Code & Standards and Government Regulation
• Equipment Failure Diagnosis/ Analysis
• Inspection / Quality Focus
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
• Result Driven.
• Ability to conduct coupling alignment and maintenance techniques
• Preventative/predictive maintenance
• Rotor dynamics, critical speeds, vibration, and balancing
• Knowledge of all relevant plant processes and equipment
• Ability to use fine measurement tools like Vernier caliper, internal/ ext. micrometer, feeler gauge, precision level gauge, dial gauge, laser alignment, etc.
• Certification:
  • Certified Level II in Vibration Analysis

• Experience and well versed in field investigation, inspections, troubleshooting, performance checks, data compilation, etc.
• Understanding of Process Plant & Engineering drawings and OEM manuals.
