Job – Accountant

Job Description / Requirements:

• Month close activities including accrual JVs, cost reclass JVs and PL review
• Preparation of Latest business estimates number based on current information for PL
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts based on the PL forecasts
• Tracking POs, accounts payable and receivable and responding to ad hoc requests on status of these items from different departments
• Preparation of monthly invoices based on sales order upload tool
• Verifying the monthly petty cash receipt submission and posting expense entries in the system
• Liaising with vendors for ad hoc requests
• Monthly substantiation of relevant line items on the Balance Sheet
