AR Accountant – Job Description

• Issue an invoice and statements for each client due to a company.
• Track incoming cash flow.
• Analysis of Sales
• Report late transactions.
• In addition to billing duties.
• Analysis of accounts receivables and issue the aging report
• Report of collection from customers
• A record of each payment in the department ledger and report unusual account activity.
• Verify payment records at the end of each day.
• Inquire with customers or clients about unpaid bills.
• Issue the monthly balance confirmation for client and Related Parties
• Oversee inventory transactions
• Analysis of inventory As per items, As Balance
• Physical Inventory monthly report
• Adjustments made on inventory
• This includes customer transactions as well as the purchases made in the manufacturing process.
• Reconciliations of all Banks

• Relevant Degree / Diploma Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
