Job Title -Project ELV Engineer Jobs in Doha – Qatar

Responsibilities:

Having excellent English language & communication skills.

Develop, analyze, and monitor project plans for the ELV Systems.
Handle Subcontract packages on his own, and monitor their work, by ensuring that all subcontract activities are being implemented as per Project Plan.
Coordination with various construction departments to achieve full functionality of the handled systems.

Generate System integration documents, and ensure full compatibility of the ELV systems as per project requirements.
Verify Design documents, and ensure compliance with the relevant Codes and standards.
Prepare Monitoring tools, and ensure timely reporting on the ELV packages ( for engineering documents submittals, material deliveries, and site execution), Identify the cause of delays, and propose mitigation plans to achieve the target schedule.

Coordinate between site execution force and Subcontractors, to ensure proper flow of information.
Liaise with the client, Project manager, and stakeholders, for the ELV packages requirement.
Arrange daily, Monthly, and weekly coordination meetings with various stakeholders to ensure that all the work is being implemented as per the project plan.

Educational requirements:

B.Sc/B. Tech Engineering Degree holder from a reputable University
engineering and subcontract management for the following Systems, ICT networks, CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, BMS, Public Address, and Audio Visual Systems.

Experience requirements:

postgraduate studies with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ELV and ICT Solutions with extensive knowledge in design.
Previous experience in a technical office is a must.

Previous experience in ELV system works implementation in big-scale projects.

Desired Skills:

Having excellent English language & communication skills.
Technical knowledge of the ELV system is required, with vast experience in design verification, and ELV System integration.

Have problem-solving skills, which enable him to provide solutions, for construction problems, and take immediate action.
Proactive, and acts immediately whenever required.
