About TASNEE

Job Title – Cost Estimator Engineer (C) Jobs in Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Class#1 estimate during Project Development stage.
Preparation of Class# 3 estimate after feed completion.
Review & Validation of Change orders ( Cost part)

Participate in Audits & submit report.
Standardization of Cost Break down structure in SAP for all projects.
Provide inputs in dashboard for cost part.

Preparation of Procedures.
Implementation of systems as per approved procedures.
Ensure receipt of Asset register during close out of project.

Validate and benchmark cost estimates provided in CDP and/or estimated by other contractors
Maintain record of estimate database
Develop and verify MTOs, equipment and bulk quantities against proposed scope

Develop Cost Estimates for CAPEX projects (site & Mega projects)
Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work
Ability in data collection and scope coordination with stakeholders

Assist project managers and procurement with bid analysis and contract negotiations
Define and select cost estimation method for the different type of projects
Value Engineering capability

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

Educational requirements:

University Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Proper certificate in Project Cost Estimating

Experience requirements:

Above 10 years of project execution related experience

Ability to motivate others.

Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
