Abu Dhabi-settled Public Oil Development Organization (NPCC) has been granted a $744 million nearby oilfield improved contract, state news office WAM provided details regarding Tuesday, referring to state-possessed Abu Dhabi Public Oil Co (ADNOC).

The designing, acquisition, and development contract is for the full field advancement of the Belbazem Seaward Block in Abu Dhabi, WAM said.

The agreement was granted by Al Yasat Oil Tasks Organization, a joint endeavor among ADNOC and China Public Petrol Company (CNPC).

Responsibilities:

Overview of the role:
PROJECT ESTIMATOR (OFFSHORE)
Check Tender Documents and analysis Offshore scope requirements. Find discrepancies / missing in the client-provided RFT documents.

Developing the Field layouts.
Preparation of Durations for Offshore spread (including Cargo Barges) to execute the works.
Preparation of Marine Spread Compositions for the work.

Preparation of Offshore Extra Allowances, Installation Aids requirements, Safety Training requirements for Offshore manpower etc.
Compile/prepare Offshore Estimation Resume.
Provide necessary assistance to estimation team in all aspects related to Tenders / Projects/ Proposals.

Educational requirements:

Three-Year Technical Diploma Course in Mechanical Engineering after High School education

Experience requirements:

A Minimum of at least Minimum about Nine(9) years of experience in Offshore Estimation, preferably in reputed EPC companies / Oil&Gas sectors.

Desired Skills:

Job-Specific Skills:

Good Written & Spoken English. Good Interactive skills.
Familiar with various Design Standards (ADNOC / ARAMCO / ONGC / SHELL etc).

Qualifications:

Good knowledge & experience on PC-based Estimation Programs, especially in MS Excel.
