Abu Dhabi-settled Public Oil Development Organization (NPCC) has been granted a $744 million nearby oilfield improved contract, state news office WAM provided details regarding Tuesday, referring to state-possessed Abu Dhabi Public Oil Co (ADNOC).

The designing, acquisition, and development contract is for the full field advancement of the Belbazem Seaward Block in Abu Dhabi, WAM said.

The agreement was granted by Al Yasat Oil Tasks Organization, a joint endeavor among ADNOC and China Public Petrol Company (CNPC).

Job Title – Crane Operator H/D (OFF) Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:

Overview of the role:
Operate crawler & mobile/hydraulic cranes under general supervision.
Carry out daily inspection of cranes and related equipment on a daily basis, note any cases of malfunction and ensure that appropriate repair works are done in a timely manner.

Perform the upkeep and regular maintenance of crane equipment with a high emphasis on safety.
Ensure that safety procedures are followed during loading and unloading operations.
Use appropriate hand & arm signals as per the crane chart to install, position, handle & move materials.

Ensure that the load to be lifted is within the safe lifting capacity of the crane.
Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures and HSE standards.

Educational requirements:

Certification in a relevant field.

Experience requirements:

A Minimum of at least 4 experiences in a relevant field with 2 years of experience in handling similar cranes.

Desired Skills:

Job-Specific Skills:
Crane operator’s license.

Ability to read and understand the Crane Chart and appropriately use hand/arm signals.
Excellent eyesight.
Basic English communication skills.

Must be physically fit to perform long hours of work on site
Must have a steady hand to balance the gears properly.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of safety regulations that govern crane operation, such as road regulations and vehicle weight permits.

Knowledge of design, use & maintenance of related machines and tools.
Training in the relevant fields is required.
