Responsibilities:

During the implementation of a project, you maintain an overview of the budget, the course of costs and the progress of the work.

You have a continuous insight into the current cost versus the proposed budgets and thus provide the project management with the necessary insights so that they can successfully manage their project.
You do the necessary progress checks in collaboration with the quantity surveyor.
You use insightful dashboards that can be used by both management and project management.

Together with the project leaders you realize an end result to be proud of by drawing up insightful forecasts and adequate cost control

Educational requirements:

You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Accountancy, Commercial Engineering or Applied Economics. You have 3 years of experience in controlling/accounting.

Experience requirements:

You are a team player and can motivate colleagues to work with you.
You have knowledge of an ERP package, experience with KPD-WIC and/or other financial BI tools are a plus.

Desired Skills:

You are analytically strong and combine this with a hands-on approach in your communication to the project leaders.
You take a clear position and know how to communicate this in a clear, convincing and structured way to management and project management.
You are able to keep the global overview without losing sight of the details.

You are willing to learn how a construction project works in order to give your performance an extra boost.
You combine office with presence on site.
