– Have a bachelor or master’s degree;

– At least 3-5 years’ experience managing data:

– Strong understanding of managing the full data lifecycle.

– Understanding of the interaction between data flows and business processes

– Experience developing and implementing data quality programs.

– Experience with data cleansing

– Understanding of data governance

– Know HTML, CSS, JS

– Experience working with PLM / PIM tools; implementation experience a plus.

– Experience with data reporting and data analysis (product-related is preferred)

– Previous experience with SQL Server Analysis Services system preferred.

– Experience working across functions to drive projects toward common goals.

– Are proactive and like to think along in improving the (internal /external) customer experience and reliability of our data.

– Excellent leadership and communication skills.

– Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative attitude towards everyday working. Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical thinking.

– Strong experience improving Revenue Cycle Management system

– Experience of delivering tangible improvements that include organizational cross-communication and trainings, supporting users to adopt processes

configure data systems and go-live on a new system.

– Great communication, listening, time management and presentation skills.

– Truly enjoys telling the story behind data. Ability to coach technical and nontechnical staff. Comfortable liaising and influencing at all levels

, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve errors calmly and effectively, even under pressure.

– Ability to develop, refine, and implement processes and ‘ways of working’.
