Job Title – DESIGN MANGER ARCHITECTURE Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

As a Design Manager, ideally from an Public Realm, Master Planning or Architectural background,, you will assist and support our client in delivery of a large-scale master planned public realm design within the heart of Riyadh city center and report to the Senior Design Manager. Must be able to review and understand project documents for technical accuracy and quality to ensure adherence to project plan.Additional tasks may include:
Assist in preparing scope of work and change order technical documents, chairing technical meetings and taking minutes of meeting, resolving issues and developing solutions, understanding issues that resolve around schedule and budget compliance and value management.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required and

Experience requirements:

Typically 8+ years of Related Experience. Professional registration is required.

Desired Skills:

Requires proficiency in the application of design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts. Must be confident in resolving technical issues through review and discussion with design consultants, design reviewers and our client team. Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.

Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
