Job Title – Duty Manager – (22000012) Jobs in Al Amanah, Dammam – Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate the polyclinics registrations, appointments, and reception activities for patients’ treatment.
Makes sure that registration and appointments documentation is obtained relating to the identification, and ensures the completion of appropriate data for patient treatment
Makes sure that the advice and guidance of patients and visitors are responding to inquiries relating provision of Polyclinics, Radiology, Laboratory, X-ray, Admission, Pharmacy Medical Records, E.R., Physiotherapy, and Cashier.

Makes sure that confidentiality of patient/relative data and medical information is maintained
Ensure that essential patient services are maintained, and ensure self-disciple. Also, to Ensure that members of the department are presentable and professional in their appearance.
Manage daily operations by distributing workloads to assigned employees; assuring proper care is provided to patients with full satisfaction; manpower and utilities are fully provided according to department need in a timely manner.

Implement quality improvement programs in the department in collaboration with Total Quality Management Department.
Participate in the planning and designing of the department facilities
Monitor implementation of continuing education and training programs of staff assigned in the department.

Provide administrative supervision to all levels of staff assigned in the department.
Participate as an active member in any hospital-wide committees either as a member or officer designated or elected by other committee members.
Render other duties that is may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational requirements:

Business graduate or equivalent
Diploma in Healthcare Administration, etc.

Experience requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in or same positions

Desired Skills:

With broad knowledge in the management of hospitals or healthcare facilities; including policies, procedures, and standard medical practices in the clinical areas; medical and professional ethics.
Proficiency both in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.

Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
