Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for  senior level  role to handle EPIC oil and gas project who  should have conversant and dynamic knowledge about Instrumentation  and control s ,codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISA, ISO, FISCO, NFPA, NACE etc.) and Company standards (ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, GASCO DGS, SHELL DEP). The incumbent has  Relevant ADNOC experience  will be added an advantage.
He Should be  able to handle independently  all instrumentation activities starting from project initiation  till closing (all phases like engineering, procurement, construction coordination and commissioing ), he should have experience in  DCS systems like Honeywell Experian PKS/ EHPM, Yokogawa Centum VP, Foxboro, Rockwell Aadvance etc. Having familiarity with Safety PLCs like Yokogawa Prosafe RS, Invensys Triconex, Honeywell FSC/ Safety Manager, ICS Triplex Trusted TMR etc. Machine Monitoring systems Bentley Nevada 3500/ System1 Server, Compressor control systems – CCC Prodigy, Turbine Control systems – Mark VI .

Candidate should also Participate in Control system design reviews, Hardware/ Software design freeze, Interface testing, FAT, IFAT and SAT of Controls system and Package instrumented systems.
Candidate should have  also  consummate knowledge in Field instrumentation design – Sizing and selection of Field instruments, Control valves, PSV, ESD/ EDP valves, Surge relief valves, MOVs, Wellhead control panels, Multiphase flow meters, Custody transfer Metering skids, Sampling systems, Analyzer Shelters etc.
Candidate  should be also  Participated in Safety studies (HAZOP/ SIL), Risk assessment workshops, Constructability review workshops, Alarm rationalization studies, 3D Plant Model reviews, Control room Ergonomic studies, etc.
