Job Title – Experienced Completions & Fracing Supervisor Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a Wells Team with engineering staff and materials & contracting personnel to implement the completions well design.
Travel to well sites to supervise completions & fracing operations being conducted, to include; pressure pumping, wireline / slickline operations, and coiled tubing operations.

Analyze and communicate ongoing well-related operations performance and events while participating in the Wells Team efforts to correct and improve performance.
Manage well-site activities with a focus on safety, operations integrity, and continuous improvement.
Accurately capture well data and operational activing reports into WellView

Educational requirements:

Minimum formal education requested: high school diploma. Preferred Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in relevant technical discipline (e.g. Civil, Chemical, Construction, Construction Management, Electrical, Industrial, Safety, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology).
Basic computing skills and knowledge of math and science (i.e. technical knowledge of hydraulics, fluid flow, fluid mechanics, mechanical design and materials engineering).

Experience requirements:

5-20 years’ experience working on well-sites executing completions & fracing operations (well servicing, hydraulic fracturing, and/or coiled tubing preferred).
Problem-solving, analytical capability, and mechanical aptitude.

High level of personal and professional integrity. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, able to manage self and lead others in a diverse work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to adapt communication style between onsite and office based personnel.
Willing and able to travel to any ExxonMobil field drilling location (domestic and international) to supervise activities on a rotational work schedule.
