Head of Engineering – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Technical competence in Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Technical competence in Metal and Structural Steel Fabrication
• Technical competence in Tanks and Pressure Vessel Fabrication
• Experience in modular fabrication and installations
• Experience in on-site fabrication and installations
• Experience in preparing and reading drawings
• Experience in sales and marketing of products.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the GCC market
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Fabrication Industry
• Good knowledge of the market, locations, EPCs, contractors and consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Mechanical and Civil Engineering
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven project management and communication skills
• Demonstrated success defining and launching new products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 16. Excellent teamwork skills
