Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project budget and schedule, including the identification and management of all project risks
• Oversee all procurement activities, including the preparation and management of procurement plans and schedules
• Manage the preparation and negotiation of all contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Ensure that all procurement and contract activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate the work of all project stakeholders, including the project management team, engineers, and sub-contractors
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress and commercial performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management, or business administration
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in commercial management of marine construction projects
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale marine construction projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills
• Experience in procurement and contract management
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Good command of English (both written and spoken
