Job Title – HR SPECIALIST Jobs in Jizan, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Manpower database and insure it is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with on boarding, orientation, and evaluation of new employees.
- Prepare and process Employees contracts and other related documentation.
- Coordinate with Government Relation department regarding Medical Insurance, Iqama issuance, Exit Re-entry visa and Final exit visa.
- Review employees vacation plan & absence request forms and insure adherence to the approved schedule.
- File and archive HR documents.
- Prepare and update different types of HR trackers and reports such as mobilization, demobilization, emergency contact list, directories.
- Filing and archiving HR documents.
- Assist employees in their daily requests.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Educational requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related subject.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the KSA labor law.
Experience requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working within Human Resources.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively at a high level.
- Intermediate computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
- Highly motivated.
- Learns quickly.
