Job Title – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Managing the vendor registration and Maintaining Company credentials in client’s (Govt and Semi-Govt) procurement portals.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
- Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Managing prequalification bids and registrations for the company.
- Maintaining and updating company qualification documents.
- Maintaining and updating company registration documents and legal certifications.
- Assisting proposal group in bid production and submission.
- Translate and summarize Client inquiries / RFPs to the management for review.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
- Providing administrative support to BD operations.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience requirements:
- 2 – 4 years of professional experience
Desired Skills:
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
