Job Title – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the vendor registration and Maintaining Company credentials in client’s (Govt and Semi-Govt) procurement portals.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Managing prequalification bids and registrations for the company.
  • Maintaining and updating company qualification documents.
  • Maintaining and updating company registration documents and legal certifications.
  • Assisting proposal group in bid production and submission.
  • Translate and summarize Client inquiries / RFPs to the management for review.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
  • Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
  • Providing administrative support to BD operations.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

 

Experience requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years of professional experience

 

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
