HVAC Supervisor – Job Description

• To maintain HVAC system and equipment (Troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment).
• Supervise maintenance team and ensure effective utilization of resource
• Responsible for the HVAC maintenance jobs within his domain to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently in adherence with the company HSE policy and procedure in line with the company maintenance management system and relevant international standards.

HVAC Supervisor – Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Science/Higher National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical (or equivalent with relevant experience)
• Very good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in design, installation and maintenance of sophisticated HVAC equipment including refrigeration, thermodynamic, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation
• 10 years in HVAC systems of which at least 5 years in industrial HVAC systems in a supervisory position and preferably with offshore experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
