Job Title – IT Quality Control Senior Analyst Jobs in DUBAI, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and coordinates the implementation of industry quality standards across GIT
- Monitors adherence to quality standards periodically and escalates breaches
- Coordinates all GIT related audits (external and internal) and closure of audit points.
- their knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Implementing a company’s quality controls and policies such as Lean Sigma or ISO standardization requirements.
- Researching and reviewing customer feedback and using this to inform quality processes and decisions.
- Ensuring that processes meet required standards.
- Monitoring the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process.
- Regularly researching the marketplace and competition to keep up to date with industry developments.
- Undertaking internal quality audits.
- Direct staff and teams across the business to ensure quality frameworks are implemented.
- Provide updates to senior managers and directors around quality issues.
- Ensure that all suppliers meet the quality requirements of the company.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives.
Educational requirements:
- Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.
- Required professional certifications: Industry certification in IT Governance (CGEIT, COBIT 5, etc.), Risk Management (e.g. RMP, etc.).
Experience requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in working IT Quality
