Jr. Accountant / Data Entry Job Requirements

Job Description:

• Encode online sales entries daily while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered
• Generate item profitability analysis report and report to the management on variances found
• Submit daily and periodic reports to the Finance Manager
• Assist Accounts team on other assigned functions like cash, bank, purchase etc.
• Maintain records of invoices and other documents in a systematic manner

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably in an electronics retail or IT related online business.
