Job – Maintenance Plumber

Job Description & Qualifications :

Due to continued expansion Jones Engineering require an experienced Maintenance Plumber for our mobile team based in the Leinster area.

Role/Requirements

•   Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant required
•   Carry out maintenance and repair of HVAC plant to include Commercial Boilers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans and all ancillary boiler house plant. Experience in Single Splits, VRV systems, Chillers, would be advantageous but not essential
•   Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant
•   Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works
•   To ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on time
•   To work with company CMMS and keep updated at all times
•   Time served multi skilled Plumber with RGII registration
•   Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team
•   The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients
•   Valid/Full clean drivers licence essential
•   Familiar with the use of BMS systems desirable
