Job – Maintenance Contracts Manager

Job Description & Qualifications :

Due to continued expansion, Jones Engineering Group require an experienced Maintenance Contracts Manager based in the Greater Dublin area.

Role/Requirements
•   Working directly with the Operations/Division Director to develop and expand the business through tendering and negotiation of new works
•   Responsible for supporting the growth and commercial management of the division
•   Client development and relationship management
•   Review and submission of tenders, valuation preparation and conducting at margin reviews
•   Ensuring projects are progressing in accordance with budgets and schedule
•   Relevant third level qualification essential – Engineering degree or equivalent.
•   Minimum 3 years post qualification construction or maintenance engineering experience required.
•   Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
•   Excellent IT skills essential
