Mechanical Engineer – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Require considerable construction field experience in the mechanical (Specific to HVAC and Plumbing) field with a mandatory experience in the quality control /assurance and inspection of construction activities.
• Thorough knowledge of International Codes and Standards and specific project specifications and requirements;
• Perform Issued for construction (IFC) review
• Perform method statements (MS) review
• Perform site inspections (MRIRFI) and inspection surveillances
• Verify and ensure compliance of design drawings and IFC package requirements of installations of HVAC systems, and accessories, piping, and mechanical instrumentation and components.
• Demonstrate decisiveness in accepting and rejecting works and methods based on set requirements thru platform.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of his/her position.
