Job Title – MEP Coordinator – Region Flanders Jobs in Zwijnaarde, 9052 Ghent, Belgium

Responsibilities:

For various projects (both buildings and civil works), as an MEP coordinator you participate in the coordination of all MEP-related matters on the relevant project; you analyze the MEP contract requirements as defined by the customer and translate them into a good action plan to support the tendering and estimation department;

Throughout the project you have an overview of all MEP-related matters and you are responsible for the contacts between the project and the engineering department.

You analyze the MEP contractual requirements as defined by the customer and translate them into a proper action plan to support the tendering and estimation department;

You are responsible for purchasing the necessary materials.

During your frequent site visits and your contact with the customers, you can take short-term action to guarantee a good production process when it comes to the construction of MEPs (HVAC, fire-fighting installations, ELV and HV systems, etc.).

Educational requirements:

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Electro-Mechanics;

Experience requirements:

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as an MEP coordinator;
You have experience in a coordinating role and managing projects from A to Z.

Desired Skills:

You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.

Working in the Flanders region is no problem for you

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.

Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
