Responsibilities :

Project Management Support
•   Support Senior Project Manager and Project Leads by providing project support in any activities.
•   Previous experience of similar large scale higher education developments at the initiation stage would be beneficial but not required.
•   Ensure from the outset strategic priorities and outcomes are identified to early-stage project budgets and schedules ensuring alignment with the ERI Project Management team.
•   Engage stakeholders when required to provide guidance and support for specific project management tasks. This includes documenting risks and creating mitigation plans.
•   Provide support to ensure stage gateway review objectives are achieved.
•   Assist in presentation preparation for internal projects and leadership meetings and collaborate on the development of presentations with other NEOM stakeholders and consultantsStakeholder Engagement Support
•   Act as the technical support for the Senior Project Manager by completing stakeholder engagement tasks in regards to the delivery of ERI physical core assets.
•   Coordinating through the Senior Project Manager with the respective NEOM representatives
•   Providing input to the Planner and Document Controller, with regards to schedule, work progress updates and documentation.
•   Ensure all of the meetings held with internal and external stakeholders are minuted within 48hrs of the meeting date
•   Follow up on actions required from internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and other vendors

Educational requirements:

Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in a Management discipline

Experience requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience working in the procurement of design, construction, and engineering packages including specialist support to design teams.

Construction Monitoring & Control
•   Partake in the weekly progress reviews and meetings.
•   Support the Project Lead in overseeing the construction team actively driving progress on site proactively managing supplier performance.

•   Ensure the operational teams are supported with the correct asset information in the agreed format and that systems are updated accurately and timely.
•   Ensure all financial asset information is provided in the agreed format to support capitalization of assets.
