Provide regular, timely and accurate status updates and assessments to all teams within Water on risk and Change management to ensure the proper flow of information.
Review and advise on necessary changes documentation related to the on risk and Change management including procedures checklists and standard operating procedures and ensure that necessary management controls are in place and meet the required criteriaAssess and provide risk identification, mitigation or risk avoidance strategies and other solutions and ensure resolving all high priority risks as they are encounteredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
Develop and implement risk and change management plans and ensure they are effective.

Conduct risk assessments and identify key risks and risk drivers.
Develop and implement performance measures and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of risk and change management plans.
Analyze risk data and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

Develop and implement risk and change management reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate reporting of risks and risk mitigation activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to risk management.
Provide training and support to staff on risk and change management.

Conduct regular reviews of the risk and change management framework and make recommendations for improvement.
