Job – Project Engineer

Job Description:

PRIMARY TASK:-

• Planning and Monitoring every day’s site activities and making resource engagement plan in accordance with the schedule and
  standards.
• Extending support to the internal departments for the successful implementation of HSE policy, QA/QC policy and SOP at the site.
• Abiding with the baseline schedule, Adhering with the project budget throughout the project tenure.
• Adhering with the Contract terms and conditions of the project and maintaining the record of events.
• Making the team conscious about cost controlling.
• Dealing with the client and consultant to get approvals on time for the smooth functioning of the project.
• Dealing with internal departments, Subcontractors and vendors for the smooth functioning of the projects.
• Ensuring that the work done quantity is within the BOQ/Drawings and no overwork is done without approval.
• Dealing with government bodies for ongoing project approvals & Handing over approvals.
• Taking initiatives for value engineering & saving the cost throughout the project tenure.
• Managing the on-site team and ensuring the optimum output from individuals.

CORE TASK:-

•  Keeping track of Daily Progress and submission of DPR to the client every day and monthly report every month.
• Recording logs and soft/hard copies of all the documents like Approvals, Client & Subcontractor bills, different claims, etc.
• Ensuring that all the necessary documents are being maintained by HSE, QA/QC, and the site team.
• Ensuring regular updation of all the required fields in the system-BSF as part of the management information system.
• Attending weekly PRM and presenting the data in the standard format as a part of the management information system.
• Analyzing the capabilities and deliverables of sub-ordinates and giving feedback through the monthly KPI system.
• Presenting Monthly Reconciliation report & Cost to complete report.
• Reviewing and certifying labor wage cards, Petty cash bills, Delivery orders, Machinery logs regularly.

Job Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:-

Minimum experience:                     Min 08+ Years
GCC experience (if yes):                  03-05 Years
Field / Industry of experience:      Residential & Non Residential (Commercial, Industrial,                                                                            Institutional and Engineering
contracting exposure:                     08 Years

QUALIFICATION:-

Minimum Qualification:                BE Civil
Certification:                                     Preferable but not mandatory
Software Knowledge:                     AutoCAD, MS Office

PERSONALITY:-

Preferred Age:                                   30 Years
Communication (speaking):         Presentable
Communication (writing):             Fairly Good

OTHER:-
