Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assists Project Managers in the execution of Projects.
- Attends internal and external project meetings and assists in the preparation of Minutes of Meeting
- Participate in Project review meetings, HSE Workshops, Design review meetings, etc.
- Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
- Ensure project deliverable are submitted as per planned schedule.
- Ensure interfaces/requirements between all disciplines are incorporated where required, to achieve objectives.
- Report project progress of close-out on weekly basis for presentation to management
- Interpret clients’ requirements
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule
- Able to demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Seek guidance on areas beyond technical knowledge and manage implementation of solutions.
- Provide guidance and input during project implementation
- Participate in project reviews, Pre-Start-up Reviews etc. as required.
- Time to time review of technical proposals and make amendments as to make the proposal viable
- Be aware of and obey the Company Health, Safety and Environmental, and Quality rules & perform the activities as per IMS.
- Monitors Vendor progress and resolves or reports issues to the Project managers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Proven working experience as Project Engineer in same field above in UAE in EPCs.

Years’ Experience:

10-12 years in EPCs

Communication Skills:

With good oral and written communication skills in English
