Job Title – Project Surveyor III Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a projectAccountable for briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understoodManages the resources on a project and within the established budgetMonitors and manages the performance of Project Surveyors and other direct reportsFunctioning as a Deputy Project Manager on APIC on at least one active projectAssists with managing project services and projects using APIC and other systems as relevantEnsures all deliverables comply with the PDSComplies with all QA requirementsBenchmarks project data

Educational requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or University.

Experience requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience PREFERRED

Desired Skills:

Working towards MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
