Senior Accountant – Job Description

· Minimum 8+ Years of Experience

· Handling accounting roles eg. AR, AP, GL, etc.

· Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.

· Perform a full set of accounts and ensure a timely closing.

· Perform costing and sales monitoring and controls.

· Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

· Preparation payment vouchers & journal entries &other transactions

· Working closely with operations and other Departments in analyzing variances and cost analysis.

· Reconciliation of bank statements.

· Cooperation with external auditors to carry out the annual audit.

· Handling Letters of Credit and Bank facilities.

· Other financial management duties assigned by management.

· Customers promotions and discounts pursuance

· Follow up and prepare weekly reports for the overdue payments

· Calculate commissions of representatives & Supervisors

Senior Accountant – Job Requirement

01) Minimum Bachelor`s degree in accounting/Finance.

02) Very Good Verbal, written, and communication skills in both Arabic & English.

03) A very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications

04) Experience in Accounting software and ERP systems.

05) Strong personality, ability to manage a team, work under pressure & analytical capabilities.
