Job – Senior SharePoint Applications Developer -Off Shore Role (Work from Home Country)

Job Description:

Design, Develop, Deploy & Maintain custom SharePoint solutions (workflows, web parts, etc.) and custom .Net solutions.

Conduction full requirement analysis and based on it develop a Functional & Technical Specification Document to accurately represent functions, design and code.
Design creative prototypes according to specifications.
Write high-quality code to complete applications within deadlines.

Conduction unit and integration testing with sample data set to ensure all the elements defined in Functional and Technical specifications Documents are functioning as intended.
The incumbent should ensure to remain current with the latest development technologies and designs principles by attending webinars & training courses and reading articles.
Any other ad hoc administrative duty as requested by the Line Manager or Management staff.

Manage the periodic maintenance of the database and application servers following the best practices.
Any other ad hoc administrative duty as requested by the Line Manager or Management staff.
Following code commit best practices and keeping the code repository up to date

Job Qualifications:

Education

Bachelors/ Master’s Degree or any other relevant qualification in IT. Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) for SharePoint, Application Development.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of .net experience (window and web development)

Minimum 6 years of SharePoint development.

Knowledge & Skills

Hands on experience building, maintaining, and administering SharePoint farms in multi-tier environment.
Significant experience in SharePoint Technologies (experience with 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office365).
Hands on experience with Nintex workflow and Forms

Hands on experience with framework SPFx
Hands on experience in development and maintenance of custom APIs
Hands on experience in managing codes in code repositories e.g., GIT etc.

Experience in developing Collaboration Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process automation and Forms and custom web parts development.
Extensive experience with Business Connectivity Services, Power Shell, Service Applications, EXCEL Service, Business Intelligence Dashboard, Excel Import, KPI for Key Performance and Data Connection Library.
Experience working with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms, Custom UI, Object Model API.

Leading any/all SharePoint upgrades and migrations
Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group security as they apply to SharePoint/web application.
Professional standards-based windows and web development using Visual Studio 2010 and above.

Web/Mobile application development using current technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JSON and XML.
Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems (WordPress); experience with Telerik’s Sitefinity CMS a plus
Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications

Good knowledge of Photoshop and other designing tool to support the design works.
Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
Knowledge of various SQL Server features such as SSAS, SSRS and knowledge of SQL Server database design and development including Database views, triggers and rules, stored procedures on the SQL server platform.

Understand process and deliverables associated with each systems life cycle phases.
Knowledge of Dashboard application creation.
