Due to continued expansion, Jones Engineering require a Site Supervisor for a project based in Sweden.

Role/Requirements:

•    First point of contact for determining reactive calls liaising with the necessary parties to resolve technical issues on site.
•    Planning and organizing with onsite technical teams, forecasting any upcoming tasks and necessary permits required to carry out works
•    Working with 2D drawing and BIM
•    Reporting to Construction Manager
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
•    Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment
•    Review of work packages to ensure all necessary information & permits are in place to execute the works safely and efficiently
•    Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, and materials allocations
•    Minimum 5 years’ Sprinkler experience
•    Supervisory experience of large projects / strong groundworks experience required
•    Liaising with contracts managers on additional works to be carried out and progress updates
•    Attendance at monthly client partnership meetings alongside contract managers
•    Track and keep stock of onsite consumables, arranging for replacements as required
