Civil Site Supervisor- Mandatory (Heritage Works) exp. – Job Description

The civil Supervisor will supervise the construction site and the construction team.

To order building supplies, and schedule equipment maintenance as needed, Willingness to relocate to construction site locations is expected.

• Inspect construction sites occasionally to identify and remove potential safety hazards.

• Overseeing, managing, and instructing the construction team, as well as contractors and subcontractors.

• Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines, and accident protocol.

• Monitoring and assessing the performance of construction employees and implementing disciplinary measures as required.

• Examining and analyzing blueprints to make sure that construction projects are in strict compliance with design, safety, and budget specifications.

• Maintains safety and legality by ensuring that the works that are being carried out are structurally sound.

• Recommending and/or suggesting changes to construction operations to procedures to boost efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• A minimum of 8 years of civil engineering experience.

• A knowledge of the industry.

• Good communication skills.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

• Negotiating skills.

• Analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
