Project Site Manager – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of workers.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers.
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Resolve problems when they arise.
• Supervise the use of machinery or equipment.
• Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
• Reports on daily basis to Operations Manager.
• Orders the material and tools as needed for all the projects under him.
• Coordinates with Sales team to make sure the project is running as per the agreement with the client.
• Follows the teams on site to make sure they reach their quotas.
• Quality Control.
