Job Title – Specialist – Compliance Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Job objectives :Monitoring the quality of social services provided by social service providers in the Emirate, and managing evaluation processes on an ongoing basis to ensure the
    Sustainability of services and their compatibility with the quality standards approved by the administration.

    Operational Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop a methodology and mechanism for applying quality standards for social services at the level of the Emirate of Dubai. Prepare the necessary plans to educate service providers about the methodologies and mechanisms of quality standards, and ensure continuous communication with them to inform them of updates in this regard .
  • Preparing periodic evaluation plans for social service providers, defining procedures and coordinating with those concerned to complete the self-evaluation and submit supporting documents, in preparation for the final evaluation.
  • Organizing awareness workshops for employees of the Authority and social service providers to familiarize them with legislation, systems, standards, and implementation mechanisms.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations, prepare the final report, identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations regarding the classification of service providers based on the quality of services provided by them and the assessment of risks and challenges.
  • Reviewing the performance of applying quality standards periodically with the concerned departments and sections in cases of observations and proposing amendments according to the requirements .
  • Preparing reports on evaluating social facilities, identifying an improvement plan, and discussing it with the facility to direct them to solve problems and deal with complaints of service beneficiaries.
  • Contribute to the investigation of violations, complaints, and potential violations, the collection of data and evidence, and the preparation of reports.
  • Study grievances related to the evaluation of standards and contribute to the preparation of reports necessary to respond to them within the scope of his competence and work to coordinate the internal solutions of the Authority or external parties to reach solutions and reconcile the situation
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries, deal with complaints related to quality standards, and provide them with technical support.
  • Seeking to develop relations with local and federal governments/authorities regarding quality standards to keep abreast of developments in government best practices.
  • Preparing evidence, according to all approved standards to facilitate access to the information and data necessary to complete the procedures.
    Adhere to the information security policies and procedures approved by the Authority and work to comply with the controls to ensure the confidentiality of information.
  • Any other tasks and competencies within the scope of the job responsibilities.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Proficiency in both languages ​​(English and Arabic) speaking and writing

Experience requirements:

  • A minimum of At least 5-7 years of experience in the field of quality management, of which at least two years of experience in dealing with licensing standards
