Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and functions
• Lead and support the development of licensing frameworks for mobility modes in order to achieve the highest possible safety, quality, and service delivery standards
• Manage end-to-end monitoring and resolution of incidents, complaints, and compliance assessments
• Use solid knowledge and experience to provide education, resources, and support to industry partners, stakeholders, and colleagues to influence operators to achieve compliance
• Manage case/file load to ensure all objectives and timeframes are met in accordance with organizational requirements, including early reporting of issues impacting the ability to meet organizational requirements
• Develop non-compliance action plans
• Identify risks both at an operator and at an industry level
• Lead the development of appropriate compliance tools
• Manage the audits that meet the required regulatory standard for prosecution
• Prepare and deliver formal presentations to senior management
• Make robust regulatory decisions or recommendations using experience, knowledge, and high-quality decision-making to hold people to account or to prevent harm from occurring
• develop innovative new methodologies and tools to prevent non-compliance
• Manage consultants and support services required to implement compliance mechanisms.
• Work collaboratively with other teams in the wider NEOM to ensure the effective delivery of mobility service targets
• Liaise closely and coordinate with internal and external key stakeholders as required

Educational requirements:

Experience requirements:

• Minimum 15 or more years of experience in regulations development and implementation ideally in mobility within a public sector organization with a multimodal service delivery mandate.
• Experience in managing complex projects and providing advice to senior executives.
• Demonstrable solid experience in managing compliance schemes.
• Experienced in analyzing and identifying risks for efficient compliance management.
• Experienced in the analysis, development, and implementation of licensing-associated policies, procedures, and compliance practices.

• Skilled at leading and managing projects measurable outcomes and teams often from different backgrounds, needs, and communication styles.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Ability to optimize solutions to a range of complex and often competing needs.
