Job – Sustainability Engineer

Job Description:

Perform all the duties, roles, & responsibilities of Construction MOSTADAM / LEED AP to achieve MOSTADAM / LEED rating system with a target credit points.
Monitor & Control the site construction activities to assure compliance with MOSTADAM / LEED requirements and to address any non-conformance and recommend the required corrective action.
Verify on all materials submittals to ensure their compliance with MOSTADAM /LEED before submitting to consultant for approval.

Coordinate Testing and Commissioning Process with MOSTADAM / LEED requirements to assure solid conformity with MOSTADAM/LEED related Credit Points.
Prepare & Develop MOSTADAM / LEED Construction Rating Final Submission Folder to be submitted to MOSTADAM / USGBC for Approval.
Prepare technical reports, monthly reports, cover letters, documents transmittals with proper referencing

Job Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field preferable to be Mechanical
LEED Accredited Professional by U.S. Green Buildings Council (LEED AP BD+C) or Min of LEED GA.

Skills

Min 5 years total work experience in the KSA required.
Candidates must have completed projects with MOSTADAM and LEED AP (BD+C).

Candidates must be based in the KSA and have KSA driving license.
Candidates must have strong knowledge in MOSTADA rating system.
