Job Title – Technical Administrator, I Jobs in Dammam All Cities , Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Work with department units to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain department SharePoint page.

Develop Technical documentation folder structure at SharePoint.
Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for each active fleet at SharePoint and ERL.
Administrate Synergi utilized RES requests, including consultation with Engineering Manager to assign PIC, tracking progress, status reporting, KPI monitoring and accuracy of documentation.

Develop and maintain Master Document register for each active rigs.
Maintain Rig move documentation in order and ensure the consistency of in RES supporting documentation.
Assist to prepare Technical Specifications, Scope of works, Schedule for Engineering task requirements.

Track and report 3^rd party Engineering services status to department management.
Maintain and update all technical documentation logs including all Drawing No, Document no, Maintenance alerts, Vendor service bulletins, etc.
Coordinate and update ERL rig documents pertaining to all technical services documentation.

Perform technical documentation tasks as directed by department manager.
Create department PR and GR them when its delivered.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business administration or relevant field.

Experience requirements:

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.

1 – 4 Years

Desired Skills:

Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge Of SharePoint development and administrating.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
