Job Summary:

The role of the Technical Supervisor is to review and evaluates the work of a group of journey-level and other employees performing skilled mechanical, electrical, and related work in the maintenance and repair of Vehicles and equipment; maintain regulatory compliance; apply sound supervisory principles and techniques in building and maintaining an effective workforce; and equal employment opportunity responsibilities.

Job Specifications:

Required Educational Level: Diploma or mechanical engineering Required Language: English and Arabic Required Years of Experience: 3 Years experience as Technical Supervisor

Professional Knowledge:

Skills & amp; amp; Abilities: (Competencies) & amp; bull; Manage team & amp; bull; Daily supervision of workshop staff and activities in order utilize all assets and achieve maximum production, commercial targets, and costumers satisfaction. & amp; bull; Ability to diagnose complicated repairs and to advise the best ways to resolve technical problems. &amp;bull;Advise technicians on how to . & amp; bull; Ensure staff carries out vehicle repair and maintenance work to pre-determined standards ensuring the workshop meets its obligations to provide a safe reliable fleet. Complete records for all equipment maintained to ensure the efficiency and accountability of the workshop. & amp; bull; Liaising with various departments to ensure efficient allocation of resources and obtaining feedback from sites and clients regarding workshop-related activities & amp; bull; Planning and safe execution of all maintenance /parts/manpower/relocation of equipment on daily basis. & amp; bull; To work with the Line Manager to achieve key performance indicators across the business within company and group guidelines & amp; bull; Make the job card and close it after repair & amp; bull; Be sure to register all parts used in the maintenance process & amp; bull; Estimate the cost of repair ( parts and labor charges ) & amp; bull; Any other duties assigned by management
