Job Description

Supervises daily activities of warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials to meet the business?s operational and customer demand. Assists the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Ensures that the warehouse personnel complies with health, safety and standard operating procedures.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintains the optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities.
2. Organizes, facilitates and manages stock takes at regular intervals.
3. Maintains Company?s integrated inventory management system data base to ensure its accuracy, standardization and completeness.
4. Manages the daily inventory operations and ensures that they are in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
5. Leads the follow up and resolve customer concerns, whilst identifies errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures
