Responsibilities:
- Perform/ support Speak-up investigations to gather facts related to complaints and conclude with recommendations in line with company policies and previous cases.
- Support the internal investigations team in collating, analysing, and reporting on data generated by internal investigations and various Ethics and Compliance initiatives.
- Prepare trend analysis and other reports of Speak up and investigations data for NIA.
- Manage multiple investigations in different stages of the process to efficiently meet internal policy or relevant legal deadlines.
- Participate in Internal Audit audits/assessments to identify instances of non-compliance with NEOM policies and procedures, control weaknesses, and errors in the recording of transactions; work with control owners to develop recommendations to address identified issues and control weaknesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track agreed action plans.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a wide range of hard and soft skills, including but not limited to the high attention to detail, financial and business acumen, and immense integrity.
- Able to quickly discern relevant and valid criteria and think/ operate in a non-linear fashion so as to work smarter and innovatively.
