Job – Legal Counsel

Job Description:

• Review and lead the contract or agreement negotiation with client or other parities. Including EPC Term Sheet, LNTP Agreement, EPC Contract and related Attachment documentation, Confidentiality Agreements, EPC Sub-Contracts, Design Consulting Agreement, etc. Organize or conduct the negotiations, fully express the company’s position to the other parties and maximize the interests of the company.
• Coordinate with related Departments to collect and close comments on Contracts or agreements.
• Make risk-benefit analysis judgments and recommendations. Following up the progress of measures.
• Able to draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts (Confidentiality Agreements, EPC Sub-Contracts, Design Consulting Agreement, etc.) and participate actively in their negotiation.
• Conduct internal legal training for relevant colleagues;
• Highest ethics and integrity responsibility.
• Other work assigned by Commercial Department Director.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies applicable within your field of.
