BD Manager – FM Job Requirements

Job Description:

• Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships on existing accounts
• Arrange client meetings, visit suppliers & consultants to develop proposals for work, training and events
• Secure and close new MEP/ Civil and building maintenance contracts within UAE
• Calculate job costing, tenders, pricing and commercial documentation to compare and achieve maximum value for money
• Liaise with tenants of commercial properties to be able to plan with the team on the goals for day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 40 to 50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field
• Must have 15 years of experience in the same role FM experience in the UAE
