Operations Performance Management Section Manager Job description
- Contributes to the formulation of Operations Strategy
- Builds Performance Management Culture, by implementing performance management cycle.
- Develops and implements Operations Performance Section’s policies, procedures, and processes
- Develops and aligns overall Operations KPIs for Performance Management System in compliance with operations and corporate strategy
- Monitors Operations Performance against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis. Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with operations and corporate priorities
- Develops and monitors the annual budget of the department in collaboration with FinanceOperational
- Sets KPIs of the various projects, programmes and initiatives to be managed by Ground Handling Department
- Develops and implement operations performance management tools and framework
- Develops and maintain operations master plan and monitor the implementation according to the defined budget and timelines
- Works with function and department/section leads to prioritise and schedule implementation of initiatives across company’s Operations
- Develops a repository for projects / programmes / initiatives and lessons learned and act as a central source of expertise in specialist project support tools
- Captures issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where appropriate
- Conducts meetings with Operations Excellence Team to evaluate the projects, initiatives, discuss results and identify new opportunitiesPeople Management
- Provides professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates based on Performance Management System
- Works with the Human Resources Function to provide employees within the Operations Performance
- Management Section with the required competencies through appropriate and blended learning
- Collaborates with the Human Resources Function for recruitment of talent within the Operations
- Performance Management Section
Requirements
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in industrial management major / business administration or in a relevant field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Saudi Nationals
- Previous experience in Performance Management
