Job Title – Site Manager – Construction – FR Jobs in Saintes, 1480 Tubize, Belgium

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Project Managers and your manager, the Principal Site Manager:

You carry out the preparation, the supply and the operational follow-up of the construction sites;

You monitor costs and delivery compliance;
You optimize team schedules;
You ensure good communication between partners (clients, architects, design offices, project owners).

Through the effective and qualitative management of your team:

You ensure the implementation of health, safety and environment requirements;
You concretize customer requirements and quality procedures;

You ensure that deadlines are met.

In collaboration with the Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, People and Maintenance departments:

You are an information relay for your teams, particularly in terms of internal procedures;

You participate in the training and evaluation of your teams;
You are a promoter of the company’s values, particularly in terms of respect;
You maintain a high level of cleanliness and operability of equipment.

Educational requirements:

Basic training: Construction – Bachelor level or equivalent experience

Experience requirements:

Professional experience: > 3 years in a technical sector with team management.

Desired Skills:

Flexibility: Work on the move and at variable hours.
Languages: Practice of French and Dutch; English is a plus.

Skills: High organizational skills; safety, quality and results orientation; excellent “people manager”; sense of initiative and responsibility.
Others: Ease of use of IT tools, holder of license B

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
