Job Title – CAMP Manager in United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

To manage site life support services and infrastructure ensuring all standards are met or exceeded in order to provide quality service to the customer, this includes but is not limited to onsite catering, accommodation, internal transportation fleet management, and other special projects entrusted from time to time to support Khor Mor LPG Plant Operations.
Provide oversight, supervision, leadership training, and direction to all company and subcontractor Camp Service employees.
Responsible for maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical works.

Responsible for Scheduling and monitoring work to ensure proper maintenance for all facilities and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Maintain all Camp Services financial records in accordance with SAP system policies and Budgetary agreements.
Manage and give daily direction to reporting supervisors on the project to achieve on-time, within budget, results.

Manage project performance, goals, and timelines by tracking and monitoring metrics compared to objectives, identifying, and resolving issues, providing reports to leadership, and sharing good news stories.
Responsible for hiring, training, and overseeing camp employees and ensuring their well-being. Manages all personnel issues relating to administration and management of local staff.
Coordinate with inspection groups (HSE) and internal/external auditors to facilitate and manage audits, quality control, and issue resolution.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or Business Administration or equivalent Certified Project Management Professional (preferred).

Experience requirements:

Minimum 10 years of working experience in managing life support functions at remote locations with suitable experience in similar countries and multi-nationality work environments.

Desired Skills:

Ensure effective use of resources to achieve the highest standards of service to client specifications in production and adherence to Continuity of Operations
Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and food sanitization regulations

Supervise personnel and activities to maintain all temporary or permanent living quarters at LSAs for all company and project personnel
Supervises timely submission of accurate reports on vacancy/occupancy rates and ensures the database stays updated
Conduct regular customer surveys to obtain feedback on customer satisfaction and the quality of services

Identifies training, development needs, and growth plan of the local national workforce in the related functions in line with the Company’s localization plan and policy.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to meet safety guidelines and regulations and that environmental conditions are within acceptable norms and standards.
