    Completion of projects / tasks within project time, manpower and budget
    Cost benefit achieved for different projects in line with 10×25 committed targets
    Reduced process turn-around time and process lead time in key business processes
    Improved customer satisfaction and experience
    Increase process cycle efficiency, productivity and utilisation / reduction in under-utilised time
    Reduced operation loss, error rates and complaints
    Improved staff engagement through involvement in different projects under his / her management

    Stakeholder management and ensure project steering committee and working group are kept up to date with project progress, issues and risks with clear action plan to address them.
    Undertake lean diagnostics and value stream mapping within the business unit to identify areas for improvement and identify prioritised list of change initiatives that will deliver maximum benefits.

    Deliver process improvement and apply six sigma controls to reduce errors within ITMAM.
    Act as the interface with businesses for the delivery of process and systems change initiated.
